COVID-19  RESOURCES

During times of adversity, community becomes an essential life force.

COVENTURE is committed to supporting businesses and the professional community in the Roaring Fork Valley through this challenging time and beyond. While our co-working space remains closed until further notice, we'll continue to create space for support, solidarity, networking and business development virtually.

Let us know how we can support you. Email us at info@coventure.space. Join our new COVENTURE Community Facebook Group, and subscribe to our weekly emails. We're working hard to stay tapped into the economic situation and remain up-to-date on the national stimulus package, so that we can provide you with the most useful information, resources and support.

OUR DOOR POLICY:

We'll be keeping the doors locked during normal operating hours. COVENTURE will still be open to all members, but you will need to use the Proximity Space app to unlock the doors for access, see instructions below.

Please be aware of the stay-at-home mandate by the governor's office, in effect through April 30.

If possible, we ask you stay home, but understand if you need to use the space for work. We've placed cleaning solution bottles around the space and encourage you to use them for sanitary purposes. Our cleaning staff will also be coming in additional times during the week with a focus on cleaning door handles, tables, chairs, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and the safety of our members.

Due to the rapid development of this situation we are unsure how long this policy will be in effect. At this time all events, and gatherings at the space are cancelled until further notice. The Fire Place room will also be unavailable until further notice. We will be sending regular updates as things progress. We thank you for understanding as our community safety and well-being are our priority.

Mobile keys can be accessed through the Proximity Space app. After downloading, login using your COVENTURE credentials and navigate to "Keys" for access. Keys will appear in color when the doors are locked, and you will hear an audible "click" giving you 10 seconds to get through the door when pushed. Just don't forget your phone if you step out, or head up to the 2nd floor, as you will need it to get back!
