PROGRAMMING

Our Flagship Programs

COVENTURE’s signature programming tracks the entrepreneurial journey.  We offer IDEATION for those who want to vet an idea.  The goal is to explore market opportunity, validate the idea, refine the message brand and construct an elevator pitch.  For those entrepreneurs who have already validated a business idea and have a strong story to tell, we offer INCUBATION.  The goal is to craft a go-to-market strategy that helps understand target customer and build a lean business model to get a product or service into the marketplace within a 100 days.

As businesses launch, the hard work of operations, management and leadership come into play and we offer customized programs to support that work.  As established businesses look to scale, we offer a 3-month intensive ACCELERATION which takes a hard look at operational efficiencies while preparing for both launch strategy and capital raise.
